Class Schedule

With over 30 Classes each week you can always find time to workout at BTY Training Lab in Chicago's West Loop.

All classes are 1 hour in duration. 

Strength & Performance are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Each class has primary and accessory strength training and either performance (high-intensity conditioning) or additional strength accessory to help you build your strongest and leanest body. 

Endurance Classes are Wednesday and Saturday. These classes focus on getting you ready for anything using standard conditioning exercises like (running, biking, and rowing) mixed with medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises to deliver some of the most challenging endurance workouts you'll find. 

Classes are capped at 12 people to optimize your experience with the coach to make sure you don't get lost in the shuffle.
